  • Mood Board & Concept Deposit – Setting the foundation for your design.

  • Concept Presentation – Reviewing the overall direction together.

  • Quote & Contract – Finalizing scope, timeline, and investment.

3. Design

  • Floor Plan & Site Survey – Confirming flow, function, and measurements

  • Design Presentation – Sharing the full vision of your space.

  • Design Development & Sourcing – Selecting finishes, furnishings, and fixtures.

  • Revisions (if needed) – Refining based on your feedback.

4. Deliverables

  • Final Design Package – Includes detailed floor plans, material boards, finish & furnishing schedules, and budget overview.

  • Design Deliverable Review – Walking through the plan together before moving forward.

5. Execution

  • Procurement & Trade Management – Coordinating vendors, contractors, and ordering.

  • Construction & Installation – Bringing the design to life.

  • Styling & Reveal – Adding the final touches that make it truly yours.

6. Completion

  • Review & Walkthrough – Ensuring everything feels just right.

Note: Final deliverables will vary depending on the level of support contracted. They can include scaled floor plans and elevations, 3D renderings, material boards, finish and furnishing schedules, project timelines, estimates, and budget management.
